Hello! I am campaigning for Tipton County, Tennessee's Register of Deeds

My name is Stephanie Presley, and I am honored to announce that I am running for Register of Deeds for Tipton County, Tennessee. This is not a decision I made lightly. It's one I made because I love this community, and I believe I can serve it well.

Why I'm Running

Tipton County is home. These are my neighbors, my friends, my community — and when I looked at this office and what it means to the people here, I knew I had something real to offer. The Register of Deeds is responsible for recording and protecting the legal documents that matter most to families and businesses across our county — deeds, mortgages, liens, and land records. These aren't just files in a drawer. They represent people's homes, their property, their futures. That responsibility deserves someone who will treat it with honesty, accuracy, and genuine care.

That's exactly what I intend to bring to this office every single day.
